Blocking users and staying safe

Block someone from your profile

To block the user from accessing your profile:

Desktop:  navigate to the users profile –> Block button

Cell / Mobile: navigate to the users profile –> click on the 3 dots beneath their profile picture — > Block

Please note, the block will occur instantly but make take a few minutes to show on your block list.

Block someone in chat

To block on chat, click on the users name –> gear icon –> block user. 

Keep conversations on snifffr

NO! 

snifffr highly recommends you do not move to other platforms like Kik or Snapchat. 

By leaving snifffr, you are leaving the safety of the support team. Any issues you may have on other platforms will not be handled by snifffr support.
