Any user, content, or activity found to violate this policy will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Snifffr.com:

  • Uploading, posting, or distributing any content that depicts or encourages non-consensual acts, exploitation, or coercion.

  • Using the platform to solicit, arrange, or promote commercial sexual services or prostitution.

  • Recruiting, harboring, transporting, or advertising any individual for exploitative or trafficking purposes.

  • Uploading or distributing any material involving minors (under 18 years of age).

Any attempt to bypass these prohibitions constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

User Verification and Age Controls

Snifffr.com requires that all users:

  • Are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).

  • Certify that all depicted individuals are of legal age and have given informed consent.

Content that cannot be age-verified will be permanently removed.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Our compliance and moderation teams conduct continuous monitoring of user-generated content using both automated systems and manual review.
Reports of suspected exploitation or trafficking receive immediate priority investigation.
Where appropriate, Snifffr.com cooperates fully with national and international law enforcement and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
