Snifffr maintains a zero-tolerance approach to illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited content.
We provide a clear, accessible process for reporting content and ensure timely review and resolution of all complaints.
1. Reporting Prohibited or Illegal Content
Any user, rights holder, or third party may submit a complaint regarding content that is believed to:
- Be illegal under applicable local, national, or international law
- Violate Snifffr’s Terms of Service, Community Standards, or platform rules
- Depict non-consensual, exploitative, misleading, or harmful material
- Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or personal rights
- Otherwise breach payment network (Visa / Mastercard) standards
Complaints may be submitted using the form on this page. Reports may be submitted anonymously; however,
providing contact details may assist with investigation and follow-up.
2. Review & Investigation Process
All complaints are reviewed by Snifffr’s Trust & Safety and Compliance team.
- Every complaint is logged and acknowledged upon receipt
- Content is assessed against applicable laws, platform policies, and card network rules
- Snifffr may temporarily restrict or suspend access to reported content during investigation
- All complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days
Where required, Snifffr may request additional information from the reporting party or the content uploader
to complete the investigation.
3. Appeals Process
If a content uploader disagrees with a determination made following a review, they may submit an appeal.
- Appeals must be submitted to Snifffr Support and reference the original complaint
- Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator or compliance reviewer where reasonably possible
- Decisions made following an appeal are final and communicated to the relevant parties
4. Enforcement & Possible Outcomes
Following review or appeal, Snifffr may take one or more of the following actions:
- No action taken (content found compliant)
- Content removal or permanent restriction
- Account warning or temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to payment processors or card networks where required
- Referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required
Snifffr reserves the right to take any action necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws,
card network requirements, and platform standards.
