snifffr.com is an online platform that hosts user-generated content. The Website does not act as the primary producer of any visual depictions of “sexually explicit conduct” as defined by 18 U.S.C. §2256. To the extent any content available via the Website includes such depictions, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the respective content producers (uploaders, performers, studios, or third-party creators) who post or otherwise provide that content.
The Website requires, through its Terms and content policies, that all uploaders and contributors:
Are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the minimum age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of production;
Do not upload content involving minors or any person without valid age verification; and
Maintain all records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and produce such records upon lawful request.
